Standards does not have access to sensitive data, only email address and the content uploaded to projects. Customer information is used to help us respond to customer service requests and track user authentication.

Standards creates regular backups of project data that can be reviewed and recovered by customers inside the Standards application by using the Project History feature in the editor.
Just in case
Standards performs daily backups of project and account data for the purposes of disaster recovery and accidental deletion. Standards retains backups of file metadata in archival storage for 6 months in case of disaster.
